Really happy I went with these guys. My HVAC went out and they were able to come diagnose the problem very quickly. While they had the parts on the truck and could do the repair same day I opted to replace my system. Rob was very knowledgeable of his products and what would work best for my home and able to give me a quote within 24 hours. Rob called to check on us after a particularly cold Sunday night to see if we needed space heaters or anything, super thoughtful. The new system 100% solves the problems I had with the old system - my upstairs is finally warm.Definitely would recommend to a friend.

Quick, efficient, honest, knowledgeable, and effective service.Our heat was not holding the temperature as it should. Comfort Hounds was quickly able to find the problem that a previous HVAC technician had covered up, fix it, and get the heat running properly. On a return visit they were able to diagnose and repair a couple of fan issues.It is much more comfortable inside the house now.

Comfort Hounds came out for a same day service call to check my furnace. Everything is working properly now. Rob was very friendly and explained everything that was going on to us. I will definitely be using Comfort Hounds from now on!

I made an emergency call for our upstairs furnace being out. Rob George was here within 2 hours and had everything figured out and fixed in 20 minutes. He was really friendly and professional, he really knows his stuff. We are looking forward to using Comfort Hounds as our HVAC guys going forward!

Rob is fantastic. He is always responsive and genuinely tries to help you with your issue as quickly as possible. He also does a great job of explaining what the issue is and what needs to be done to fix it. He’s always willing to talk through options and help you make the best decision. I'm so glad I decided to take a chance on Comfort Hounds. We built our house in 2014 and had been using the home builder's company that had installed our HVAC system to maintain it (only because I thought you had to use them to maintain warranty). Something never felt right in the gut when they would do maintenance. I decided to do some research and found that we could have the unit serviced by another company. So I went searching and low and behold found Comfort Hounds was very close to my house. Their Comfort Club Maintenance plan is the reason I had decided to use them. You pay a monthly payment, basically your 2 annual maintenances cost are spread out over 12 months. However you receive so many more benefits joining the club and boy am I glad I joined.Rob our technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. He took time to explain things that were not right with the installation of our system. Major safety features had not been wired correctly, sensor not in the right place for our dual zone and drain pan pipe tubing missing just to name a few. All things the previous company we used should have observed. So happy Rob had the time to address the issue with our system. He even recommended what repairs we could hold out on until spring to help with the cost. He came for maintenance, but got a whole lot more than he expected.Though we still have more repairs to do in the spring, I am happy with the service that was provided this time around. I have OCD so finding a person that took the time to observe these things also was a comfort. Rob believes in taking pride in his work which is also refreshing giving that in today's time many people do not. Though he doesn't like being the bearer on bad news he reports to you what he finds. We are praying that Freon he added to the system hold until spring and that the installation company just didn't put enough Freon in the system from jump and it is not a leak. Another example of how Rob looks out for his customer. He could have pushed the issue there was a leak because the system was low in Freon, but he took the approach of adding Freon and seeing were the pressure is at the spring maintenance. Being he didn't install the system and can't speak for the work the previous installer did this was the first step to addressing the issue.So do your self a favor and have Comfort Hounds check out your system, you may be surprised to learn there are things your current HVAC company is missing (especially if your house was built by a home builder that does neighborhood developments). We sure were surprised because to us it seemed our system was running fine but inside we had wires heating up that could have started an electrical fire. Rob thank you again for thorough service.

Nice van & wrapping. After hours service call on a 17 year old Split unit. Good first impression. Rob and his assistant were the first HVAC company to show up. Prompt.Ended up needing a new unit, but selected another company. The installation location was challenging. Comfort Hounds team were less comfortable with the challenging replacement location (2 day install) than the other HVAC companies. The other company installed in under 8 hours.

Comfort Hounds responded to my request for service immediately and scheduled an appointment. The arrived on time and got right to work following a brief discussion of the issue. Communication was great both before and during the service. The problem was identified and resolved very quickly and professionally, and the cost of the service was very reasonable. Wonderful experience! AirPro came out the day we called with no heat. Up and running same day even though our 10 year old unit needed to be replaced. They ensured that we had heat until were able to purchase new unit. New unit was installed and running same day. I would refer AirPro to anyone that has any Heat/Air problems.

My heater was progressively having issues, so I called AirPro Carolina with hopes of getting in before the extreme cold anticipated this coming weekend. Imagine my delight when I was able to make an appt. THE SAME DAY! They saved me from another chilly night in my house by responding promptly, arriving on time, and accurately diagnosing the problem. As I sit here in my warm house, I needed to complete this review out of sheer gratitude!

After looking through forums where HVAC professionals discuss their opinions on different, it seemed to me that no one brand of air conditioning unit was necessarily better than the others, but the quality of installation was going to play a much bigger role in whether I was going to have problems down the road. I was looking for an expert who was going to show up and do the job, not subcontract this job out to the cheapest craigslist helper.After I called Rob, the founder/owner, he promptly came to my house to quote the cost of replacing my a/c and furnace. I peppered him with questions based on my Google-degree-in-HVAC and Rob patiently shared his deep industry experience, educating without talking down to me, and informing without up-selling. I felt pretty good about cutting him a check for a several thousand dollars. About a week later, after my unit had been shipped, Rob showed up himself, with two of his regular employees, to rip out my 20+ year old unit and replace it with the behemoth I purchased.They kept the house clean while they worked. Rob only called me out once or twice for my opinion on installation matters. He didn’t seem too happy with the placement of the pad for my outdoor compressor, but the ground was pretty frozen, filled with roots, landscaping paper, and rocks, so it wasn’t the easiest to work on. I wasn’t much concerned and said where he'd placed it was fine with me, but acknowledged that it looked a little weird. The guys at AirPro probably spent a couple of hours hacking away at the ground to get the pad placement to look great, but he was right, it looked a lot better. I appreciate that they went above and beyond expectations.My new unit has only been running for a couple of weeks, but it's problem-free for what that's worth. Aside from my positive experience with the AirPro’s service, I got their UV ionizer installed. I’m particularly sensitive to smells, like if my kids throw away a banana peel and I don’t take the trash before going to bed, I’ll notice a sweet/musky/fermentation smell in the morning as soon as I go within a room of the trash. I read a lot of reviews on the device and decided to take the ~$750 gamble on it (and knowing that bulb replacements are the equivalent of ~$100/year). I absolutely love it. If you go away from your home for a few days and come back you can normally notice how your house smell to strangers, this UV ionizer pretty much completely eliminates every odor. I am still pretty amazed. The only noticeable smell is a /very/ faint smell of static, like if you rub a balloon on your hair for a minute you can smell static more than the balloon – that’s the only smell in my house. No one else in my family notices the faint static smell, but I can usually tell when the air or heat kicks on after having been off for a bit because I catch a whiff of it. It’s not like there’s any noticeable static shock effect or anything, just that sweet neutral smell of almost nothing.Anyway, A+ service from AirPro and if you’re sensitive to smells, the UV ionizer thing is absolutely worth it.

Very happy with the work Rob recently did for me. The auxiliary heat was essentially broken, and outdoor temperatures of around 20 degrees caused our indoor temperature to drop 10-12 degrees below thermostat. It was starting to get very cold inside.I went onto the AirPro website at about 6 AM and saw an option to schedule an appointment online. He was here by 9 AM. Such a good response time on. He diagnosed the issue but the part that was needed to fix it was not on his truck. He made time later in the day to come back with the part to fix the problem despite a busy schedule. A+ service!Edit: Rob continues to do great work and is very informative during each of his visits. The maintenance plan has been great.

Rob was very professional and came fast! I just needed an inspection of my unit since I bought a new place and he made time for me. We had a small emergency, the AC stopped working right before we were to have a party. They showed up, took care of the issue, then we're gone before guests arrived. Super helpful and I'm so grateful they were able to come at 5:15 at night!!

I called AirPro on a Sunday morning, and they called me back within minutes.They arrived for an emergency service within an hour. The serviceman, Rob, waspolite, pleasant, and followed social-distancing practices. They cleared acondensation-line blockage and accepted a credit card for payment of the $538fee. The entire transaction was thoroughly tracked with e-mails and textmessages, and the unit has been working flawlessly ever since.

Called them on a boiling hot day and Rob was quick to answer and at my house within 2 hours. Extremely professional, friendly service and I signed up right then and there for their service plan. I'm happy to say that I have my HVAC company and I will not be using anyone else.
